The NCC in Philly is a National Town Hall, where visitors can come in and celebrate the U.S Constitution.
The Center includes hands-on exhibits, interesting films on history, and artifacts that seen to be very rare.
The Center is the ONLY place in the United States that celebrates the U.S Constitution, and was built on ground where special things were found, and could be used in the Center as some of the artifacts.
The NCC happens to be located near Independence Hall (Where all the Founding Fathers signed the Constitution), And the Liberty Bell (The official bell of the Pennsylvania State House).
THINGS INSIDE: The NCC has interactive exhibits, a sphere-looking theater where you can see a historical video called Freedom Rising, and a hall called Signers Hall, which has 42, life-sized, bronze statues of the Founding Fathers who signed the Constitution.
